Counselling Supervision in Edinburgh
Reflective, ethical supervision for counsellors, in person in Leith or online across the UK. Supervision for 1 hour is ยฃ60.
What supervision is
Supervision is a regular, confidential space to reflect on your client work, think through ethical questions, and keep your practice safe and sustainable. It is a professional requirement for registered counsellors, not a sign that anything has gone wrong. Good supervision supports you and, through you, the people you work with.
Supervision with Lucy
Supervision with me is collaborative rather than directive. We look at your client work, at the relationship between you and the people you see, and at what the work brings up in you, with ethics in view throughout. My own counselling practice is pluralistic, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and transactional analysis approaches, and I bring that same flexibility to supervision. My work is guided by the NCPS Code of Ethics.
